Moved In!

A little over a month ago the homeowners were able move into their new home. Finally! We're running behind on posting pictures but here are a few of the ones that were taken over the last couple months. There are a few finishing touches, concrete, and landscaping to be finished. More pictures will come when those have been completed.

The inside of the house is pretty much done! Except for some finishing things like grout on the tile and the stairwell carpet and railing. Hardwoods have been sanded and finished and most of the carpet has been laid. Outside, siding is almost complete and then onto the decking.

Is it Done Yet?

Almost! I know we say that every time. But it really is almost done now. Cedar siding has started going up, painters have started on the outside, the last of the tile is being finished, and cabinets/closets are almost complete.

It Almost Looks Liveable

Installation of cabinets in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room has started. Wood floors are installed and just need to be sanded and finished. Concrete behind the wood stove and bar area in the basement has been stained (finished pictures will be posted later). And trim is around doors, windows and floors. It's so close to being liveable!

Getting Close

I didn't realize how long it had been since we posted pictures but I finally have a few more of all the things going on with this new home. Sheetrock and painting have been completed, siding is still in progress, cedar tongue and groove has been installed on the deck ceiling, tile has begun, and the day after pictures were taken the garage doors were installed. Hopefully we'll have more pictures in the next week of all the changes. It's getting close!
